Offer Nissim is a popular Israeli DJ and producer. He was born in 1964 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nissim produces mostly house music, including exclusive tracks featuring female vocalists (most notably Dana International and Maya Simantov). As a DJ, Nissim plays twice a month at the TLV club, In Tel Aviv, Israel and occasionally plays in New York City, Montreal and in the famous Living Club in Mexico City.

Nissim has remixed and collaborated with artists such as Donna Summer, Deborah Cox, Kristine W, Ivri Lider, Dana International, and Christina Aguilera.

In April 2007, Nissim released a double CD mixed album called Forever Tel Aviv. The album features several of his latest remixes along with tracks from other DJ's. Guest artists include Maya Simantov, Beyoncé, Suzanne Palmer, Christina Aguilera, Donna Summer and Angie Stone, among others.

In 2008, Nissim released another double CD mixed album called "Happy People". The album features several tracks with Maya Simantov, and remixes of various artists, including Shirley Bassey, Deborah Cox, Suzanne Palmer, Tony Moran, and Captain Hollywood Project's "More and More".
